Sharon Ince has been working with families for over ten years at various capacities. Sharon is currently employed with Henrico Healthy families which advocates healthy parent / child relationships and has also substituted for the Mecklenburg County Public School System. She also has training and experience with new Moms who have Post Partum Depression.

Sharon has attended the 30 hour DONA Postpartum Doula training.  She is CPR and First Aid certified for adults, infants and toddlers and also has experience working with multiples. She has been trained through Henrico County for the Foster Parent and Car Seat Programs and also completed her Baby Signs Certification.

Ms. Ince has opened up her home to family members ranging in ages from infancy to adulthood and most importantly has raised a child of her own with special medical needs.
